Personal Statement

I have ambition to play football at the highest level and believe that my size, athleticism, footwork, and work ethic will allow me to be a key contributor to a great program.  I just wrapped up my Junior season, where our team returned to the playoffs this year. I earned 1st team all-Area and All-State HM.   Our OL pave the way for 2,379 rushing yards and 25 touchdowns this season with 4 different RBs . I have been a starter on both sides of the ball for the past 2 seasons. I have had the honor of being selected to the US National Football team the past 3 years as OL and DL, which has given me opportunities to play other positions such as guard and center.

I have had the good fortune to have former Big 10 and NFL lineman, Jack Cornell early on, as my line coach at Quincy Notre Dame, which has helped to teach and challenge me to be the very best.

I am also a varsity basketball player, where I play both center and forward.   No matter which sport, I take pride in working on details and fundamentals, which has always helped separate me from others.  I am a good student, social, and involved in my school and outside with volunteer work in the community.

I am open to going to school anywhere in the country where it's the best fit for me academically and athletically.  Through football and basketball, I have the opportunity to travel and visit many campuses and states and will continue to push myself to achieve my goals.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
