Owen Weaver '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Owen Weaver. I am a 6'0" 185 lb junior going into my senior year with a 3.7 GPA. i scored a 21 on my ACT. Currently i am a defensive end and a running back for the Wilmington Wildcats. We are a 3A football team in Illinois. My sophomore year i was on the varsity team and we won the 2014 3A State Championship. My junior year i started both sides of the ball and led my team in tackles and sacks. Offensively i rushed for 1100+ yards. I am a very dedicated athlete and also academically dedicated. I qualified for the National Honors Society at my school. I dream of playing football in college and studying somewhere in the health field. My goal for this year is to win another state title and to excel in school.
