I hope one day my hard work pays off and receive a D1 offer. I feel that I can fulfill a D1 quarterback position because of my leadership skills and athletic abilities. Not only are my grades high with a 3.7gpa, but when I began my freshman year of high school I was chosen to be my team's varsity starting quarterback. As a freshman this put me in a position to step up my leadership skills and forced me to learn the position at a higher level at a younger age. This experience will separate me from other recruits who may have had less varsity playing time. Football has also shaped me in ways off the field. The players and coaches I have been surrounded with have helped me to become a better man in the process. I look forward to continuing to work hard on the field and in the classroom and hopefully at a higher level one day.
