I have only played / lifted weights for two years now. When I first started I set small goals for lifting and football because I wasn't sure what I was capable of. For the last two years of football my weight room weight went from 395 squat, 195 bench, 215 clean. To now which is 575 squat, 285 bench, 295 clean. This was a huge goal for me to hit a bunch of weight at my age. Which then I would be stronger and capable of doing much more. I still have many goals left for football I would like to complete a few are playing in college, moving my weight up even more, becoming a even better defensive player for all the position I can play in, and helping lead my team to another state title before my last year is up. Then the reason I believe I would be a good candidate is because to me it is hard for me to lead just by talking or saying something; I like to lead with how I play, handle different matters at hand, and how much work I put in each day to make me and everyone around me better. I take football very seriously because it's like my life and passion. The only thing that would go before that is school or family. But to me family is my real one and my team I am with. I know I have more work to be done to me everyday. My coach has told me and still tells me that I have lots of potential that is waiting to get unlocked. Which my goal is everyday to unlock 1% of that potential until I make it there. But when I make it I wanna push pass it even more to better myself. Because I love making myself better and challenging myself and my abilities I have.
