Jackson New '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jackson New, My junior and senior year I made All Conference and All State. I was also selected as one of the MVPs for the NUC All American game in Savannah, GA in December 2021. I take pride in my strong academics and being able to be successful on the football field at the same time.

I am Team captain of my Varsity Football Team for the 2nd year and I am going in to my 4th year of Varsity Wrestling and my 3rd year as Captain. I wrestle the 220lb weight class and have been County Champ (2x), sectional champ and regional champion. I am hopeful that I will have a successful season going into my senior year of wrestling. 

I play both sides of the ball and one thing that is hard to measure is Grit. While I have the size and ability to make me a successful football player, I can assure you my grit is what allows me to play larger than I am, and has made me succeed on the field and on the mat. I would love nothing more than to have the opportunity to contribute to a college football team.
