Personal Statement
Football has been a part of my entire life - I started playing when I was eight years old. The feeling I get from putting on my pads and walking on the field is unmatched. I instantly knew that I wanted to play this sport for as long as possible, especially in college. Playing football in college provides me options to excel athletically and academically to reach my goals.
I have a strong work ethic both on and off the field. I work hard training every day to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Anytime I am not working out, or in practice, I always have an old football game on to learn from the greats that played at my position.
In the classroom, I have maintained a 3.5-grade point average while taking challenging courses. I have also volunteered in the community, ranging from setting up significant military base events to setting up the school. I have strong leadership qualities that turn me into the ultimate team player. As a Freshman starter on Varsity, I was considered an unofficial leader and voted the most valuable player on offense. I am outspoken, outgoing, and very involved in doing whatever needs to be done to win on the field.
My goal is to go to a college that academically and athletically fits me. I want to be pushed both on and off the field and become the best version of myself I can be. I am open to playing anywhere and everywhere.
