Personal Statement
Hey,
My name is Adam Kerwhen and i've been playing football for around 3-3.5 years now. I come from a small town out in Denmark called Skovlunde.
I have previously played soccer for about 4-5 years but all of a sudden I lost interest in the sport and so I stopped playing sports for about a year. Then out of nowhere after a year of me not playing soccer I decided to try something new. American football. After the first trial practice I fell in love with the sport and knew this was the right thing for me. The coach even said I would become a excellent Wide Receiver if I worked hard enough. I believed him and I joined the club.
A couple years go by and i'm still loving the sport so much that after 9th grade me and my family decided that I should take a year at a sports boarding school where I could focus on football before heading into high school.
I am now finishing this year and getting ready for high school after working hard on my receiver skills for a year straight.
