Personal Statement
Hi, Im Bertie Kelly and Its my passion and Desire to make college football,i will work harder,longer and better than anyone else to get this. Im from Manchester, England, i come from a family of professional athletes with my dad and Grandad both playing Premier league/First division football, i my self Played Rugby for 8 years where i consistently played 1st team rugby throughout those 8 years, i have also been a goal keeper for 13 years of my life, when i played rugby i was known for my handling ability, pulling catches that people thought i had no chance of getting to and scoring the try, earning my self the nick name in my final year "Boom Boom" due to me using ray lewis celebration/run out when i scored. i always enjoyed rugby but I have watched "American football" since i was 10 and from then on i consistently told my parents i wanted to be born in America so i could have played Football, i could never play In England due to other commitments with school and soccer, but now i am 18 i can finally play for local teams and i would love if any college people seeing this could give me some advice on how to progress in the sport and potentially make it to college football that would be very much appreciated.
