My athletic and personal goals involve becoming a Collegiate Football Player for a program that values hard working student athletes. I know that I've been blessed with athletic abilities but that is not what sets me apart from other athletes; it is my work ethic. I am 100% devoted to putting in the time, work, and effort to become a better athlete so that I can play football at the collegiate level and contribute to a team's success. My parents always tell me to control the things that I can control. I can't control how tall I am or how big I am, but I can control the amount of effort that I put forth in to everything I do. The rest will play out how it should.
I put this same amount of effort in to my school work as I understand the importance of challenging myself in the classroom. I understand that sports may not always be there and that being an outstanding student and person is first and foremost. I'm proud of the fact that teachers are oftentimes reaching out to me and my parents to let us know how much they enjoy my presence and leadership in the classroom.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I spend a lot of time training so that I can achieve my personal goals on and off the field so the free time that I do have I make the most of it. I am the oldest of 5 brothers and sisters so setting a good example for them and showing them that hard work does pay off is very important to me.
