I would like to introduce myself. I am Harry Trotter and I live in Atchison, Kansas. I am currently a second semester freshman attending Fort Scott Community College on a football scholarship. last fall I started for the Greyhounds as a true freshman, and I achieved All Jay-hawk Conference honors at Running Back. I finished the season with over 600 yards rushing and 8 rushing touchdowns while finishing 5th in the conference for rushing touchdowns as a true freshman. I am currently a full academic qualifier with a 29 ACT and a 3.9 GPA, meaning that I can transfer at any time. I am looking to transfer as soon as possible. My experience playing football started at a very young age. I played in grade school, then on to junior high, High School, and now into college. I was successful and fortunate enough to achieve Most Valuable player on my junior high team. After starting at the high school level as a freshman, I was voted Most Valuable player on the High School Junior varsity team and was successful in lettering on varsity all four years. I have been a four sport letter-man since my freshman year in football, basketball, baseball, and track, but my dream has always been to play college football. I am dedicated, and I've worked extremely hard to improve all of my skills at the running back and linebacker positions. I've had lots of speed and explosion training along with being focused in the weight room. I am a team leader, and while playing both sides of the ball at running back and linebacker, I tried my best to be flexible for a variety of positions on the field, and lead by example. As a junior, we were successful on the field as a team, and became the district champions. With help from my teammates on the field, I was voted all district running back first team as a junior, second team all district linebacker, and honorable mention as an All State running back. I feel I have been fortunate to have skilled coaches, and I am well-groomed and able to adapt to any coaching style. I am a self starter, and remain highly motivated to work my hardest to perform at a high level. I am tenacious, and one of the hardest workers you will find. As a senior in high school, I achieved All State honors as a running back.
In the classroom I have accelerated in my schoolwork and have demonstrated the ability to adapt and learn. I have achieved a 3.8 or greater GPA all the way through high school, and continue to achieve this grade point while carrying 17 hours per semester in college. Along with holding a variety of jobs, I am involved in community service and have volunteered at several different local organizations.
I want to go to college somewhere where I can broaden myself and continue to push myself on the football field and in the classroom. I am open to all opportunities and want to find the college that fits me the best, and where I can contribute the most. My ambitions are high, and I would like to play at the highest level possible. I hope to become a great college football player, and make my family, and my college proud. I have demonstrated the ability to be versatile, to perform, and excel both in athletics and academics. I simply need you to give me the opportunity, and the chance, and I won't let you down!
