Wyatt Schalk '20 Recruiting Profile

I grew up playing soccer. I played from the time I was 7.  My dad is awesome at soccer and has taught me everything he knows about the sport.  I played on the varsity soccer team for 4 years as a goalkeeper and center back.  My little brother,  who is a sophomore varsity starter on the football team,  told the coach he needed to get me to kick for them. So the head coach asked me to come out to practice once day.  Then after a few mintes said let's get you a Jersey.  That was it. I was hooked.  Our football team went 8-2 this year which was a huge turn around from last year when they were 1-8.  I set a school record this year for kicking. I was the first player in history to kick a touchback. I kicked 2 in 1 game. I also kicked a 28 yard field goal. I really enjoyed my time on that field and would live to get to continue playing. Im a hard worker and I work for God.
