Gunner Jones '28 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches, my name is Gunner Jones. My long term goal is to be a Division 1 athlete, and already standing at 6'4 280lbs I think that that is a strong possibility. I also haven't hit my growth spurt yet so I am still gonna continue to grow. I would like to achieve that goal because of how much I love the sport of football. I have loved the game ever since I started playing it in the second grade. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I have a very high game IQ and have always loved watching film on myself and the best guys in the NFL. I think that it is important to not only understand what your supposed to do but also every one else on the team so that you can better understand your job too. Guys Like Trent Williams, Orlando Brown, and Lane Johnson are all people who I think of when I think about how I want to play the game. That is why I watch their games so often is to learn what they do and how that can be implemented into my game and make me even better than I already am.  I know that football isn't anything to fall back on though so I take my education very seriously. I am enrolled to take three pre AP classes as a freshman. One day I want to be able to support the people in my life and getting a good education is the first and most important step to that. Now that you know a little bit more about me I would love to talk to you more in the future.
