I am a multi-sport athlete, playing football and baseball. I love both sports but football is my passion and is the sport that I am determined to succeed in at the next level. I have previously been coached in a way that always puts the team first before any individual player. I have a great appreciation for sacrifice and am willing to do whatever it takes to help my team succeed. Last season as a sophomore, I came in against one of the top ranked teams in the state after the starting QB suffered an injury on the second play of the game, and helped lead my team to a first round playoff victory. This showed my ability to handle adversity and respond to pressure. I am now the starting QB on varsity. This Season, I threw for 2,140 yards and 24 touchdowns with 61% completed passes and rushed for 4 touchdowns. I understand that any great program is built on hard work and leadership, two things that are a part of my character because of how I have been raised and coached up to this point and because of extra curricular activities I take part in at my school. I have been hand selected to be on the Leadership Team at my school, a team of 8 members in a school of over 1,300 students. I have what it takes and know how to lead on and off the field and I can bring leadership to your program.
