John Braxton Ratliff '19 Recruiting Profile

I am the quarterback at Ashland Blazer High School, in Ashland Ky. I will graduate with the class of 2019. My dream is to play at a high level of  football for a great college or university that will give me the best opportunity to achieve my life goals. I want to play under a great coach and staff that will help me build a future both in football and life. Along with playing football, I plan to study business. When my playing career is complete, I hope to have the opportunity to continue by coaching football at the college level. 

I am passionate about football. I know the time and hard work it takes to be a college student-athlete. My father was a college student-athlete and played professional baseball. My grandfather was a major league baseball player for 13 years. Through their experiences they have molded me and instilled the tools and characteristics to reach my goals. I am a multi-sport athlete and I desire to be great in all of them. I have the drive and heart of a champion. I want to work!
