David McKey '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is David McKey. I love the game of football and have played since an early age. I am dedicated and determined to fulfill my lifelong goal: kicking the football at the college level. I have a great work ethic, dedication,and discipline.  I have demonstrated that I have the placekicking skill necessary to play college football. Through high school, I played varisty football as a placekicker and enjoyed  being a special team athlete. I have set many records at Denham Springs High School for kicking and have made the most out of my time there. I am a three year letterman with Academic, All- District and All- Parish honors.  I want to continue my kicking career playing college football and will do anything and everything to achieve that. I've trained and gone to many kicking/punting camps, (Chris Sailer, Kolh's, Kicknation) in preparation for my kicking career. I'm ready to play college football.
