Daejon Merchant '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Daejon Rashad Merchant I am part of Kenwood 2017 graduating class. I am  6'0, 255 pounds my preferred position is defensive linemen my hometown is Baltimore Maryland. I have started on the Kenwood High school varsity team for 3 years but I have been around football for 8 years including my high school career. I take my work serious on and off the field. I am looking for a institution where i can find the right balance between the classroom and the sport i love. I would  like to pursue a university with a outstanding academic reputation in the field of athletic training and or Physical therapy. My athletic environment would be one where i could make an immediate impact on the team. I believe my best fit would be at a D1,D2 or D3 level.
