I first started playing football when i was 11 & It wasn’t such a good experience, I didn’t like my coach at all & I didn’t know if i wanted to play anymore...
I gave the Pasadena Chargers a try, & a whole new love for the game was found. I was having fun, making plays, making new friends, & making memories most of all; we didn’t play to hurt or embarrass people.. we made plays to talk about them after we play each other on our senior year at homecoming, at each other’s signing days, shadow days, etc. to look back & laugh & reminisce about the times we had. My Charger & alot of other coaches & players helped me see a light that I didn’t see in myself, & made me realize i have the skillset, grades, & finesse to play at the next level.
I want to carry through with my dream to play at the next level, to repay my chargers coaches & make them even more proud, & to make my parents, family, friends, & the next generation of kids out of my area proud of me & give them someone to look up to & brag about.
I want to play at the Highest level i can possibly play at so i can come back to my city, & give the youth tips on how to be more elusive, how to read your blocks better, etc. I want to be a legitimate role model for the youth in my city, & thats why i want to play football at the next level.
