My goals at the collegiate level are to be just as good in the classroom as I am on the field. I believe that doing good in school and being a true STUDENT athlete and not an athletic student is one of, if not the most important part of playing a sport. I also think that what you do and how you act in the classroom has a direct impact on how you act on the field, so the next level I plan to constantly progress and get better in both areas.
Football is one of the most team dependent sports there is, that is why I like to put the team first. To be great at any level of football you must be able to trust your teammates and know they trust you. Something a coach told me once was that you want to help the guy behind you, take your spot. This does not mean you start playing badly, it means you help them, give them tips, and make them so good that they pass you, while you are also getting better. If everyone on a team trained and acted that way, that team would be amazing.
