Dear Coaches,
My name is Trevor Edgar and I am apart of the class of 2018. I feel that I have many characteristics that separate me from other aspiring college athletes. What I think most separates me from other athletes is my ability to handle adversity both on and off the field. Halfway through my sophomore year, I transferred from Milford High School to Fenton High School. During this transition, I approached the opportunity with an open mind, making it easy for me to fit in with both the school and the team. I can say that I have done so successfully being that I have 40 brothers that I know will always have my back. Along with this, the coaching staff has granted me with more than enough opportunities to improve my game as much as possible. My gains in the weight room are at the highest that they have ever been and I am excited to see it all pay off this fall. Off the field, I have already began to make an impact by joining the student counsel as a representative from my class. My grades have also been impacted positively with the transition of schools. Right now, my semester GPA is a 3.8, and I have every intention of maintaining this GPA for the rest of my time at Fenton. Overall, I am extremely excited to get my Junior season underway and to continue strengthening my game along with growing an even closer bond with my teammates, and having an impact on the Fenton Community.
