Darrin Bath '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Darrin Bath.  I’m a junior at Haslett High School in Michigan.  I’m 6’3” and 270 lbs.  My passion is football and my goal is to play football at a college or university where I can get an elite education in Finance.  I feel I have a great deal to offer to the right school & team.

I realize that to achieve success, it is necessary to put in 110% every day.  I work hard on and off the field and for the most part, I enjoy it.   Currently I work out and train 6-7 days per week.   Nutrition is part of what I’ve been working on with my trainers, in addition to strength, speed, agility & technique.  They’ve told me that I’m a good listener and coachable.  With their guidance, and my dedication to do the hard work, I’ve made great progress.

In addition to my training, work outs and school; I’ve held a job at the Michigan Athletic Club for almost a year.  I’m a loyal and hard working employee, because I believe this will help me to become a better person in my adult career.

With football being my main passion, I also enjoy cooking, art, music, trivia, history & hanging out with my friends.   This summer, I will be traveling to Haiti with my church youth group where I will be working with young boys and their fathers (if available) in a sports camp.  I anticipate that I will get as much out of this trip as I am able to give to the Haitians.
