Leathel McCarty '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Leathel McCarty and my passion is football because of my idol Barry Sanders and all he accomplished in his football career  I do participate in two other sports, such as wrestling and track and field.  My goal for my future is to play college ball and working on getting my degree in exercise science.  I was one of the smallest players on my freshman football team, but when I was out on that field nobody would have known that.  I put my heart into the game and have taken players down that are two times my size.  I am a great teammate and even when I am on the side lines I am pumping up my teammates that are on and off the field.  

I do good in school and hardly miss any days.  I feel that I would be a good recruit because I put my whole heart into the sport and my teammates.
