Highly recruited by GVSU, Adrian College, Elmhurst College, Defiance College, Trine and others. D3 schools were each trying to give more money to me so I would come to their school. Attended Adrian College. Unfortunately I got injured before first game of season so never saw playing time on Varsity. I was able to have some playing time later in season on JV team.
