The biggest thing that I wanted to do for my High school team was building a family. Building a winning culture that starts with the kids that want to play for each other not for themselves. One way that I think I did this is I took a couple of kids under my wing, and at the end of the season I wanted them to do the same thing. That just gets the ball rolling of loving each person that you are on the field with. I want to do that for each and every team that I play for. That to me is how you win and how you build the best relationships in a sport and how you make a brotherhood.
