Cole Schmidt '23 Recruiting Profile

I play running back, linebacker & DB and have the versatility to play most positions on the field.  Coaches refer to me as very coachable and an impact on & off the field.  I am a straight A student, a multi-sport athlete, and a Captain in all three sports.  I took 2nd in state for both the 110M & 300M hurdles in June.  I started on Varsity football as a freshman and our team competed in the State tournament.  I was All-Conference for the 300M Hurdles, 110M Hurdles and the 4x100M Relay this past June.   In addition to track, I play hockey in the winter.  I made the Varsity hockey team as a Sophomore and was Rookie of the Year.  While running track in the spring, I also shoot trap.  I won the Novice division at State for trapshooting as a 6th grader.  I firmly believe my faith and family have played a huge role in my success.  I aspire to be better each day on and off the field.
