I love football because of the rush I get while playing it, and being able to do that alongside friends, family, and the coaches who brought me here. Football is the thing I look forward to everyday of the week, especially when I’m having a bad day. When my day is going in the wrong direction, I always remember that at the end of it I get to go to football, and that always seems to brighten my day, even if it’s just a slight moment of happiness. I want to keep football with me as long as I can. I want football to stay with me as I go to college to not only keep the sport I love with me as I push forward in life, but also to keep me in check if I start to feel out of place or inordinately confident or sad. I also want football to keep me as well-rounded as I am now, so I continue to learn how to balance my time according to the schedule of college, school, work, etc. I believe one day I will be able to not only change the course of my own life, but also of those around me with my work ethic and strive to become a better player. I will be able to provide success and victory to any college who decides they want me as a player on their team. My intelligence and strive to achieve greatness is what really makes me stand out among this pool of student athletes. I’m smart on and off the field and push myself to extreme limits both on the field and in the classroom. My diversity as an offensive lineman, playing 3 of the five positions, makes me suited to play wherever the coach needs me. Not only am I maneuverable around the inside of the offensive line, My adaptability level is very good, and it can help if I am needed in another area of the offensive line. It not only proves my versatility, but also my capability to become an even better offensive lineman.
