The man and student athlete I am today comes directly from the hardships that fell upon my team and myself during a one win season of my sophomore year. The fire to become better has been with me ever since. It allowed me to take a step back and prioritize the attributes of my game in which I needed to bring next season not only as a role model for my teammates but as a solid offensive tackle ready to compete at the college level.
This season my team did a complete turn around and I was fortunate enough to be apart of a conference winning team. Through the obstacles and brotherhood I have faced in my football career, I have learned the importance of unselfish play and commitment. You do not just become a better football player by waiting and hoping someone else will get you there. It is you and only you who can decide how far you can push yourself. Unique characteristics that can be found in my game is the ability to accept coaching and attention to detail. What your organization will get with me is not a flashy show boat but rather a dedicated player who will show up ready to put in the work and play hard day in and day out!
