Earning the starting varsity quarterback position as a junior and leading my team to a winning record has been the highlight of my high school career. However, I feel I have learned the most as a student-athlete through the losses that tested my strength and resolve. These moments helped me grow as a person and have led me to focus my own efforts on becoming a better quarterback and leader capable of playing at the college level.
Throughout my high school career, I have been fortunate enough to be part of an amazing program and learn from coaches who were genuinely vested in my growth and development. Under their guidance and through my relationships with the upperclassman who have helped to guide my path, I have learned the value of teamwork, commitment, and leadership that I will carry with me throughout my life. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character and work-ethic to make an immediate impact on your program. As a three-sport athlete and strong student with a 4.2 grade point average, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your team.
