Manuel Romero '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Manuel Romero, I have played and loved football since I was very young. I had a great season this year (2014) leading my team to the 5-A championship, although we lost the championship I was named maxpreps overall player of the game rushing for 172 yards for 19 carries and two touchdowns. My stats for the season include 1438 yards rushing and 27 touchdowns. I was named 4-A / 5-A Metro Player of the Year and District 3 5-A Most Valuable Player, District 3 5-A 1st team All-District Running Back, and 5-A 1st Team All State Running Back. My dream is to attend college and receive a degree in Business or Physical Education or to continue to play football at the next level. I come from a hard working family with strong morals who have been there for me in every decision I have made for my education and my love for football, I can't think of anything else of how to thank my parents and to do something for myself and that is to receive a scholarship from a university that will give me the chance and to recognize my talent on the field as well as my dedication to my fellow team mates. I always give a hundred percent to my coaches, my team,and my school.
