Hello Coaches, My name is Tyreke D. Smith, I am currently 18 and graduate in 2025. I believe what really makes me a good candidate for a football team is my collaboration with people in general, coaches and teammates. I easily get along with anyone I run into, I feel I'm a very athletic and strong guy. I love to run, and lift weights and I do it all the time, and it helps me grow/build my character, and keep my mindset on the right path. I feel one thing that makes me different to anyone you'll ever meet is that I can go through some crazy stuff whatever the situation and still move on to being me and through it learning and growing. I believe that I am also a very creative person in anything really not just football, but during football I feel I can get creative as well.
Currently I'm at Green level high school and am currently working to improve my grades significantly in the next year I have left of high school to get a good and better gpa than what I have right now.
A little about me:
I'm 17 and have 2 biological siblings, when I was 6 or 7 me and my two other siblings (one brother and one sister) got separated by social services, few years down the line after foster care I got adopted by former Paralympic athlete, Andrea Woodson-Smith, and Jeremy smith. I went into middle school, and did very well then decided I wanted to play football, they said I couldn't play in 6th grade because I was a 6th grader so I chose to be a manager. The next year my wrist had a fracture which meant I couldn't play again. It was 8th grade and COVID came so we were online and because of COVID that meant I couldn't play again, so I waited until I got to high school and when I did I played freshman year without any experience and wasn't the best. Sophomore year I knew more and became starting DE on the JV team at Panther Creek High School. Now currently Because of location I have switched to Green level high school and am doing great at DE on the Varsity team.
I love this sport, and have since I was very little always playing it with Friends, watching it on TV with family members arguing about what teams and players were better, and now im glad that I finally get to be apart of not just Football but my Football Family. Just glad to have a chance, and hoping to make the chance count.
Sports I play/ played:
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Tyreke D. Smith
