My name is Blake Henderson and I play Full Back and outside Linebacker for Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina. Although I do not have film with me playing LB I played defensive tackle because each year we have had returning starters that were all a year older than me at LB and my coach wanted to play me at DT because of my strength and my speed. From a skill level, I am a more natural LB. I play fast, aggressive, and I love to hit people. I have started ever since my sophomore year and have been a defensive leader even at a young age. I run a 4.78 in the 40 yard dash, my max bench is 335 and my max squat is 425. Football means more to me than just a game. It is something that has taught me life lessons such as team work, and to do the very best I can at everything I do. I love the game of football, and I would do absoultely anything I could to have the chance to play in college. It has been my dream ever since I was in second grade where I was playing Pop Warner football to one day play in college. It doesn't matter what school I go to, but I will make a commitment to work my hardest every day for that program. Winning is something that I desire, and being a good teammate is very important to me also. I have a strong work ethic where if I want to accomplish something, I set my mind to it and I am determined to reach the conclusion. After football, I want to earn a degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration
