Personal Statement

I am current finished my freshmen year at north carolina wesleyan college in rocky mount. I am currently looking to transfer because of tuition. My freshmen highlight is:   http://www.hudl.com/athlete/2641172/bryan-mccullough

My name is BJ McCullough and I am from Durham, North Carolina. I play varsity football for the Kestrel Heights Hawks. I am also the team captain. My dream is to play football in college and pursue my goal of obtaining a college degree. At Kestrel Heights high school I played every position on both Offense and Defense. My knowledge of the game has increased because I now understand how each position contributes to the success of the team. Every day I try to model respectful behavior both on and off, the field. After I finish my education at Kestrel Heights, I hope that students will come here not just for the school... but for the amazing football program that teaches brotherhood, loyalty, hustle, and respect. When I am no longer playing football, I want to coach a team of my own. I want to see the spark in a players eye when they say, "I can do it coach," and know that I helped them achieve their dreams. Seeing a younger me, pushing him to become great in what ever he wants to do, by passing wisdom on to him as my former coach has done to me.
