Life for me has been filled with many ups and downs. But those ups and downs helped play a crucial part in the man I'm coming today. One thing that sets me apart from other recruits is my resilience. As a kid I was just known as the chubby Hispanic kid who always got picked on. I used to be brought down by it but eventually it made me a stronger people. I used there hate to help fuel me into becoming a better version of myself. Another key thing that sets me apart from other recruits is my ability to handle conflict. In 2021 my mom was diagnosed with cancer. A month or so before we found this news out we decided to open up two businesses called "Earthwise pet." Between my moms cancer and my dad not being home (He had to maintain is job and help construct the stores) I had to battle my problems head on a help them out any way I could. So after school I would go to practice then immediately go to the store and help my dad for a few hours. After that I would go home help get dinner ready and complete my homework. These events helped showed me not to run from your problems, but instead face them head on like a man no matter how hard things could get.
