Domenic Slimon '25 Recruiting Profile

My goals is to obtain a starting position on a team that has a winning season and goes deep into the post season.  I aspire to become a leader on that team both on and off the field through my actions and hard work.  I am a good candidate for any team because I was always taught that a rising tide raises all ships and that I should be that tide.  I have learned to value my character and what it actually means is that what matters most is what you do when no one is watching.  This has come through growth in my faith and evolution of my spirituality.  Athletically I will be the motivator to my teammates and help to inspire them to become the best version of themselves both on an off the field.  Academically I will overcome any obstacles that I may encounter to maintain the path to my degree and to graduate with my degree.  I will work to become the all around force of good on my team drawing on my faith to guide my leadership of my teammates and friends.
