Alexander Beck '17 Recruiting Profile

Dear Prospective Coach:

My name is Alexander Beck, I am in my Senior year at Hudson High School located in Ohio.  I am a 6'3" 215lb football player possessing unique athletic abilities that allow myself to play various defensive positions - Linebacker to Defensive End.  It is my desire to play college football, and I am confident in achieving this goal by my proven leadership abilities both on and off the field of a strong work ethic, passion and respect for myself and the sport, a special combination of speed and strength, and lastly, a strong desire to compete - and win. 

I am a 2-time varsity letter winner, as a Junior, I was first team All-League at Linebacker this year, and All-Academic League for 2 years, and I have enjoyed success against the very high-level of competition I compete against in Ohio.   For the 2015 season I had: 86 tackles (63 primary), 21 tackles-for-loss, 13 quarterback pressures, 6 sacks, 7 pass break-ups, 3 forced fumbles & 2 fumble recoveries, a pick six and a blocked kick.  Lastly, my team finished 11-3 and we won our State Sectional and made it to the State Semifinals / Final 4 for the second year in a row. Currently, we are commencing the playoffs now and won our Conference.

Academically, I maintain a 3.7 GPA and continue to be a member of the national honor society.  I understand that education is the core foundation to any success.  I will be taking my ACT this winter and will update my profile or make you aware immediately once this is completed.
