My name is Dusty Hayes, I am 18 years old. I live in Fairborn Ohio with my Dad Billy, my Mom Sandy and my older brother Dillon. I attend Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering, Ohio home of the Knights. I will be a Senior for the 2014 season and excited to be Quarterback for the Knights. My team goal is to have an undefeated season and to win STATE for division 4 high school football.
This summer I will be attending the following camps. June 8, University of Kentucky camp invitation only, June 11-12th Mike Schneider QB camp at Northmont HS, Clayton, Ohio. June 13-15th The OSU skill position camp, Columbus, Ohio. June 18, University of Cincinnati QB camp.
I am currently training with Tramain Hall NFL player 1 year with Tennessee Titans, 4 years with New Orleans, Saints. Mr. Hall operates Enhance U Sports Performance Academy in Huber Heights, Ohio.
My passion in life is football. I love everything about football. I have been playing for 13 years. When I was younger I played football, wrestling and baseball. I won the Ohio State Championship title in wrestling 5 times. I like wrestling because it taught me to depend on myself, gave me lots of confidence. I was always chosen as a leader on the team. You have to be aggressive to be a good wrestler. Even though I am a really good wrestler it is football that I love. I would play football year round if they offered it. If you asked my coaches to say a few words about me I think they would say; Leader, Motivator, Exceptional Athlete, Likable and Always Smiling. I believe to win, you need to know What's Important Now... WIN. That is why this past summer I trained 5 days a week at Fast Twitch a sports enhancement program directed by Andrew Winkler to enhance my skills as a quarterback. I have been training at Fast twitch for seven years and played football, basketball and baseball as a 7th grader. In 7th grade I broke three school records. With 1963 total offensive yards, most touchdowns with 15 and most rushing yards with 1333 as the running back. On defense I lead the team with 45 tackles as middle linebacker. I also played QB for 24 completions with 40 attempts for 335 yards. As team captain I received the MVP award. Currently I am 5'10 and weigh 195 lbs and my 40 time is 4.6 You wont find another player that loves football more than me. I love practice, I love to talk about football, I love to watch football I love to think about football. There is nothing that I would rather do than play football. It is my dream to stay healthy, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, be the best football player that I can be and be selected to play college football.
