Ethan Tampurages '22 Recruiting Profile

I didn’t start playing football until my freshman year. I’ve been a part of two different teams and I have matured tremendously as a student-athlete and continue to grow. I fell in love with football simply just playing catch with a ball and it took off from there. Freshman year was a learning year for me and I learned what it takes to be a part of a football team and how to handle adversity, frustration, and playing through the pain.

Sophomore year I was a part of a team that won the league but fell short of an advancement out of the second round of the playoffs. I am grateful for this experience of winning and learning how to cope with loss. I am determined to let my experiences motivate me to continue being ambitious and keep invigorating excellence in all parts of my life. My passion is in football and my goal is to continue my football career at the next level.
