Byron Brisker '23 Recruiting Profile

Being born two months early, color blinded, and selected mutism, has created a world of unsureness, but one thing I am sure of is the game of football.  Football has forced me to look beyond how I saw myself and became a leader on the field and off.  I have become more vocal to my peers and I've learned how to see colors in a different light.  I have always been the smallest, quietest, and athletic boy who was looked over until I decide no more.  I changed my outlook and view for myself, and in my 7th grade year. I made sure coaches knew that I would work harder than anyone else to show that this is where I belonged everyday of the week..
