Personal Statement

My goal is to play offensive line for a successful collegiate program along with attending a well respected and academically sound university. I can back that goal with my natural leadership, intelligence, and team oriented mindset. I will give everything I have to the team until the very last whistle, and I guarantee nothing but 100 percent every rep, drill, or play. Whatever team I choose to represent, I will wear those colors proudly.

My passion for the game of football has run through my family for generations. In the ten years that I have played, my true love of the game has never shown more than in the last game of my 8th grade season. We were playing for the Suburban League Title with the score being 12-6 with our opponent having one last possession to drive down the field. Our defense held them to 3rd and goal where I was sent in as an extra nose tackle to stop the advance. I broke through their line and shut down their 3rd down run. On the last play of the game, I created a hole so that our linebacker could blitz through to sack their QB to secure our championship. This game defined our team and created a brotherhood amongst us that we still carry on today in our high school careers.
