Casey Hoover '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Casey R. Hoover and I was born in Heidelberg, Germany. I stand about 6’2 and weigh 260 lbs. Both of my parents serviced in the military and are veterans. I have an older sister and a younger brother.  I started playing football and baseball at the age of 8 in Enterprise, AL.  I have played football and baseball for Fort Campbell High School in Fort Campbell, KY, and helped the varsity team win state.  I moved to Daleville, AL my freshman year of high school.  As a freshman, I played on the varsity football team as a lineman and also played on the baseball team as a pitcher.  I placed fourth in the Alabama Class High School State Weight Meet in the 256 lb weight class.  My sophomore year of high school, I began playing as Left Tackle and prior to the season starting, I was moved to center.  My junior year of high school, I played center, nose guard and field goal snapper.  I also play on the varsity baseball team as first basemen.  My goal for my senior year of high school is to win the State Weight Meet and bench press 400 lbs.  My goal after high school is to play college football and obtain a college degree.
