Spencer Robinson '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Spencer Robinson. I have played football my whole life. I am 6' 1" and 240 lbs. I play much bigger than my size and possess good speed. I attended TCU Football camp and worked harder than ever during the summer of 2011 to prepare for my senior season. My senior season I was named to the 5A All-District  First Team Defense, as well as named the district Most Valuable Defensive Linemen. As a defensive end I bring leadership and an intense work ethic to the field. I believe nothing worth while comes easy, which is why I work hard for what I want.  I was Co-Captain my senior year and provided team leadership through example. Because my mother and father had me when they were in high school, securing funds for a college education has been difficult for them, which is why I am seeking a scholarship that will help me continue to be the best student-athlete I can be. My goals are to play at the highest level possible, making a positive impact on my team, and earning a degree in mechanical engineering.
