I always grew up watching football. May it be on TV or my dad’s old films. I have based myself off of football all around my childhood. There really wasn’t any fun games unless it was football or some sort of competition. I loved being that person on the field to out work everyone and people saying “Who is that?“. But, I do currently live on a farm where hard work is needed and there are really no days off. I have been through days of pushing myself where I wake up at 5:30 in the morning to go lift. Then shortly after cut wheat for 8 hours and go to a passing league. Hard work doesn’t phase me. I love it! It makes me humble and strive. I’ve grown up around hard work. Especially if you’re dad was an all-american it makes you more humble to be even better.
As far as goals, I want to play on Sunday nights on TV. It’s always been a dream. All the days of working hard in the weight room and all the sprints. I want to make them count.
I feel what makes me different is I have always been a leader. People all around me have always looked up to me. That strives me to go harder on and off the field. I want people to know what is right and wrong. I want people to also have a strong work ethic around me so I push people to their absolute max. As far as academics I have always had very good grades. I study hard and never let things get in the way of me getting a degree. A degree is a huge focus for me cause I want to have a career I can rely on if my body doesn’t hold up.
As far as what makes me different than other recruit, it’s definitely my hard work. I won’t just out work you in the sport. I will also be a better student and be a smarter person off and on the field.
