My goal is obviously to play football at the next level and get a degree. But if football didn't workout I would like to become a police officer. When the team is down at halftime, I have always been the guy to boost the morale of the team when everyone is feeling down and in the dirt. When I had struggle with performance, I have dedicated extra time to practice until I improve. From a young age I have learn to handle a number of priorities, including school, sports, and social activities. From balancing rigorous practice schedules, classes, homework, tournaments and travel. Nobody likes to lose, but in sports someone always does. I am are familiar with the bitter taste of defeat. It's taught me to learn from failure, understand where to improve, and move on. I understand that team goals always trump individual needs. Being part of a team means a serious commitment to the group. I won't get very far in sports or in business, without being coachable. I am are used to direct and often blunt feedback. TI can handle private and public criticism, and do not let it deflate me or impact my attitude.
