I am a Junior at Sam Barlow High School. I am a responsible student that gets all of my work done on time, maintaining a 3.5 GPA while having two AP Classes, AP Biology, And AP Language. I play 2 sports, varsity baseball and varsity football. As baseball season comes up I am excited to get after it and compete. However, football is the sport where I find myself more passionate and aspire to be a leader. The way a team is able to not only put their talents together, but their knowledge of the game together amazes me. Playing college football is definately a goal of mine. As far as colleges go I would like a college that I can pursue my academic career in nursing. As we are in off season I am training 4-6 days a week to achieve this goal. As a player I definately strive to be a leader always trying to get my teammates to keep going when things get tough, and encourage them to be the best they can be. This is also something I work at, I want to be the best I can be both on and off the field including academics. I want to be the type of person that a coach can hold accountable for. If I say I will do something then you are guaranteed I will do it.
