Football is in my blood. My dad and three uncles all played college football and have coached at the high school or college level. Football gave them a chance to further their education, travel the country, and meet interesting people. I've been surrounded by football for as long as I can remember and have loved every part of the game: teamwork, camaraderie, and seeing that hard work really does pay off. I've seen how sports can help people achieve their goals outside of athletics. The discipline and teamwork you learn on the field are necessary to find success in life, career, and family.
My goal is to continue playing the game I love for as long as possible and to use the lessons I learn on the field to become the best man I can off of it. I am lucky to have men of excellence in my family that I can look up to. I am interested in a career in education and coaching where someday I might be the person that positively influences a young football player.
