John Bish '18 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing football since I was 7 years old for Hampton's pop warner program and I knew it was the sport for me the moment I stepped on the field. Earning the honor to play football in college would be a dream come true. I am constantly training and I live in the weight room. Having made the 1000 pound club and earning a varsity letter as a freshman and starting both ways as a sophomore, I believe I am very coachable and I am one of the most determined players that you will find. Also, for the past two years, I have been attending speed and agility training with former Super Bowl champion and college football coach, Darnell Dinkins. I maintain a 3.0 GPA, I write for the school newspaper, and I volunteer at the middle school football team's off season workouts to help them in the weight room. I am willing to go to any school where I can be challenged academically and be given the chance to see the field at the highest level of competition possible. My goal is to become a teacher and coach high school football in my adult years. I hope to become a great role model and make my parents proud.
