I started playing football in seventh grade I wasnt as good as my peers that had played youth football for years but I strived to be better everytime I stepped onto the field. That perseverance actually got me an award at my seventh grade football banquet for the most improved player. Once I hit the high school level I knew I would have to really work hard to be able to start on game day as a freshman i won the backup offensive guard spot and played in three games. Then my sophomore year came around and I won a starting position at right guard and I've been a starter ever since occasionally on both sides of the ball. When the team went on to be conference champs my freshman and sophomore years I knew I loved this game. In 2018 the team finally made it to our divisional championship and got to play at Heinz field against Aliquippa we lost but we played hard and held our heads high. That loss had all of the players that would return including myself hungry for more. In my senior year our team made it the the WPIAL semi finals but lost to Central Valley we played hard but couldn't get it done against a really good team the seniors including myself were upset about the loss but we know we had a great year and look forward to our futures in football and life. Also including this year I was named first team all conference guard my three years as a starter
