Hello, I'm Blake Over. I'm 6'5", 190 lbs. I run a 4.59 40 yard dash, have a 38 inch vertical, a 10 ft 6 in standing broad jump, a strong, accurate arm, and very good hands as I would welcome the opportunity to play quarterback or receiver. Recently I have been named to the PA Football Writer's All State Team as a quarterback. I have also been named the Altoona Mirror 2013 Football Player of the Year as well at the Altoona Mirror First Team All Star Quarterback. The Bedford Gazette named me the Offensive Co-MVP for the 2013 season as well as Bedford County All Star Quarterback for the second year. I am the 2013 Inter Conference First Team Quarterback for the second year. During this past season, 2013 season, I accounted for 46 total touchdowns with 30 passing, 12 rushing, and 4 on returns. I've been playing football since I was in 2nd grade. Throughout those years I have quarterback as well as other positions. I'm a leader. I can get my team momentum and keep it throughout I have a good work ethic in practice and that carries over into our games. I feel like I'm a very qualified recruit at multiple positions. During the 2012 season I earned All State Honorable Mention as well as all conference and all county first team spots for quarterback. I was also named part of the PA Football News Academic All State Team. Along with these football honors I also had a good year in track earning 2 PA state medals in the triple jump (3rd) and in the long jump (8th). I've always wanted to play college football since I can remember. I'd like to go to a school with good academics and a solid football program. I'd like to major in biology and then advance into something in the medical field. My goals are to work hard on the practice field and in games for a football team, along with earning an education and getting a degree. If needed I have good hands and am willing to play receiver as well, whatever helps the team.
