Christian Clark '12 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Christian Clark. I am 5' 9" and my weight 190 pounds. I run a 4.9 40 yard dash. I love football and my passion is to kick and punt the football as far as possible and with accuracy. I have received two First Team All Conference Kicker Awards, two ESPN Radio Football All Star Awards and local media All Star Awards. My favorite award was in this past season when we played a game in Athens, PA. The game was tied and I kicked a 44 yard record setting field goal with four seconds on the clock to win the game. In that particular game I had already kicked a 39 and 37 yard field goal. That is the kind of pressure I like. I am really passionate about being the best I can be for God and being a positive role model with my peers and the younger kids who come after me. I work longer and harder than anyone on the field. When practice is over I go and work on my mechanics and technique pushing myself to excellence. I even do this in between my varsity baseball games. My goal is to play at the highest competition level as possible. I am confident that I can contribute to the success of our team and be a great representive of the college. I believe in determination, hard work and preparation. Preparation will equal great perfomance on the field. I am considering two areas of major in college. Accounting and Pre-Medical studies. I am good in math and may favor accounting right now. I would like to attend a good college in the East coast or in the South. I like the south as people call me a boy of summer because of my baseball skills. My parents are my most loyal fans and I want them to be able to come see my games. My parents are in the middle class of Americans. They both have jobs but as things are rising in this economy I will probably have to have some kind of financial aid. I truly am open to any type of college that will give me the best education possible with the opportunity to use my athletic ablilties and to contribute to the success of the college programs.
