I compete in football, basketball, and track while maintaining a very high GPA. I work intensively to train my body and brain so that I can achieve my full potential at what I do. I am very coachable and willing to do what it takes to improve on my skills.
I volunteer in many youth activities as well. I am an assistant youth football, basketball, and baseball coach. I enjoy helping and teaching the young kids different moves and techniques to help them excel in their sports because I know they look up to me as a high school athlete.
Growing up in a family that accepts nothing less than your best is a big reason why I am so competitive. In our family, hard work is a trait that we have all inherited. It is like a natural habit for us. I want to attend a college that has the same mentality. I want to be pushed to reach my full potential in the classroom as well as the sports field.
I hope that I can be a role model that other young kids will look up to. I aspire to be someone that is an inspiration to other young athletes.
