My name is Broughton Hatcher from Jefferson, South Carolina. I am writing to you because of my interest in playing football at the college level. I play on my high school team, and I consider myself a knowledgeable, passionate, and effective football player.
I just want to tell you a little bit about myself. I am a tackle, tight end, and long/short snapper for the Central Eagles in Pageland. As a junior, this is my third year starting on varsity. I have a strong work ethic since I play sports year round- football, basketball, and baseball. I contribute leadership skills to serve as a coach on the field.
As a student, I am in honors classes. I currently have a 4.6 GPA. I plan on taking the SAT & ACT in spring semester 2017. My goal is 1200 (SAT) and 30 (ACT). I am in Beta Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Executive Council Officer, FFA, and FCA. Writing is my strongest area in academics.
I have attended several football camps, most recently Jamie Kohl’s for long snapping.
Sincerely,
Broughton Hatcher/Athlete
